Each pop is also dairy-free, GMO-free, gluten-free, HFCS-free, egg-free, and vegan. There are no added sugars or high fructose corn syrup and no artificial colors or flavorings. What do I love about them? Ruby’s Rockets blends fruits, vegetables and probiotics into their pops. And let’s be honest- with kids, give them anything cold, sweet and refreshing in a frozen “pop” form and they are happy. I even tried a few myself and liked them.

My oldest could tell the difference in the pops because they are not as sweet as Popsicle brand pops, but she still liked them. and what’s not to love with flavors like Galaxy Green (kiwi, spinach, and avocado), Rock-It Red (sweet potatoes, strawberries, carrots, and beets) and Orbit Orange (oranges, sweet potatoes, and carrots). When the good people behind Ruby’s Rockets reached out to me and asked us to sample some of their pops, I immediately said yes! Frozen fruit and vegetable pops? No GMO’s? No artificial colors or flavors? So, it’s good to know that there are frozen pops out there we can buy and feel good about. Even though, I myself have my Ben & Jerry’s cravings every now and then, I know I can’t give my kids ice cream all the time. It’s summer so – right now- they are all about ice cream, popsicles, Jamba Juice, lemonade and frozen yogurt. As a mother, I am constantly looking for snacks and foods I can feel good about giving to my children.
